The Plot: Cleo King, a young doctor in Charleston, South Carolina, seems to have everything: a nice home, a successful career, and a handsome lawyer boyfriend who is eager to marry her. But because of some strange, half-forgotten guilt from the past, Cleo has serious commitment issues.
